Damaged Items Due to Courier Fault:
If your order arrives damaged due to courier handling, please contact the courier directly to file a claim for compensation. Christian Lonyale Faith Frames is not responsible for damages that occur during shipping once the package has been transferred to the carrier. However, we are happy to provide any supporting documentation or proof of shipment to assist with your claim.
